This week was pretty much laid back. The team had came back from the nationals meet, and the spring break invitational, so they had the Monday and Tuesday off. Coach Tate and I went over all the performances and evaluated what races the athletes should be in for this coming weekend at Vanderbilt. We had a huge argument between coaches because some of us wanted to run our national Champion in the 400 meter dash and the 200. Others wanted him to run in the 100 meter dash and the 200. The conclusion was that he will run the 100 and 200 meter dash considering that Coach Croy is the Head coach and has the final say. I spoke with Lamar to see if he was okay considering that he went to the trainers the whole week and said his hamstring has been bothering. Everything looks okay we will have to see how it pains out on the weekend. Omar Lane finally is coming back around after being injured the indoor season. He is a key player to the championship and nationals later in the outdoor season, so it was a blessing to finally get him back running and healthy.
